Dr. Şeyma Kılınç
Hello! I’m Şeyma.
For many years, I taught Qur’an, Religious Culture and Ethics, and Basic Religious Knowledge in middle and high schools under the Ministry of Education in Türkiye.
Beyond academics, I encouraged my students to nurture their bodies through sports, their souls through art, and their minds through reading—helping them grow into individuals who are deeply connected to their values yet open to the world.
I lived in the United States for several years and completed my Ph.D. in the History of Religions. This experience exposed me to diverse educational models and cultures, allowing me to bring a broad, comparative, and academic approach to teaching.
Back in Türkiye, I’ve taught Religious Culture and Ethics to students from primary through high school. These experiences have taught me to value practical, compassionate, and adaptable education.
I speak English and Arabic, and as a mother of two, I draw from my motherhood experience to create warm, engaging, and sincere online learning environments for my students—where faith, joy, and curiosity grow together.
